1. We had become stagnant and last year we decided to make some changes. Some we have accomplished (most not):

1. We always try to recruit members at our national convention telling them how teamwork is, meeting with colleagues they feel motivated and offer to work with us, but I’m really worried because most of them don’t show up when we really need them.
